Modular homes are the future of home building

Thinking about building a new home? Build a safer version of the house you want. It will look the same. CMHUSA will either build your new home the "ordinary way" (which means doing 100 percent of the work outdoors), or will re-engineer the house plans and build for far greater durability, strength and safety (doing much of the work indoors in a giant factory). Either way, the same building code will be used.

The managing member of CMHUSA is an industrial engineer who strongly prefers the advantages of building in the controlled environment of an industrial setting.

The re-engineered approach will use giant building blocks referred to as "modules." In the finished home, the modules will in effect be hidden away as part of the structure.

Each module will be brutally tested before being added to the house structure. Once "hidden" as part of the finished home, the modules will serve the home forever. (A house built the ordinary way has no modules.)

Disclaimer: During a randomly violent act of nature, a CMHUSA module-based home may logically be a safer refuge than if CMHUSA had built the home the ordinary way. However, there is no way to know if even the better-built house will survive; that is, there can be no guarantee when it comes to the energy of Mother Nature.

Of the many reasons to consider a properly modularized home for your family, those mentioned throughout this Website include the following:

First, the cost will be the same or less.

Second, the house will look the same, assuming that sheetrock, finishes, trims, roofing, siding, flooring, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and so forth are the same.

Third, the comfortable feeling of a more solid home is something you know when you experience it.

Fourth, there may be more peace of mind for the home's occupants, knowing that each module was brutally and violently tested, and knowing that each passed easily.

Fifth, if CMHUSA re-engineers a home rather than building it the ordinary way, it will be a quieter environment.

Sixth, although difficult to quantify, a more solidly-built home may logically be easier to maintain over the years.

To determine if home builder CMHUSA may have interest in your project, please first read this Website. If it makes sense to you, call us. No pressure of any kind.
